I am not in network with any insurance companies.

Upon request, I am happy to provide a super bill, which you can submit to your PPO insurance company for reimbursement if you wish. Please check with your insurance provider for more details on how they handle out-of-network coverage.

I use a secure, HIPAA compliant billing service called IVY Pay. Before our first session you will be sent a prompt via text message to set up an account with IVY Pay.

Some clients like to use their Flex Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for therapy. You are welcome to use your FSA or HSA credit/debit card with IVY Pay.

Per federal law, all health and mental healthcare providers are required to give patients a Good Faith Estimate for any out of pocket costs they may incur while under their care. You have a right to a Good Faith Estimate of the total expected costs you should expect to pay for services including therapy. I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate via IVY Pay before your first appointment.

My cancellation policy requires 48 hour notice of cancellation. I do allow re-schedules within the same week free of charge, subject to availability. Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice requires payment in full.

Clients are afforded two late cancellations per calendar year at no charge to account for emergencies. No-shows are billed at my full fee.

If you are unable to attend your session in person, I am always available via video session. I’m more than happy to create an accommodation plan for anyone with potential obstacles such as pregnancy, postpartum, chronic illness, frequent travel, and more.
